Terms & Conditions — td444 Gaming Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "td444", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the td444 gaming platform, operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence, accessible at td444.pro.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an account on the td444 platform.
• "Account" — the personal gaming account opened by a Player following successful registration and identity verification on td444.
• "Platform" — the td444 website (td444.pro), all associated pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, games, betting markets, and support systems.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's td444 account wallet at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted into withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region where access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited under applicable local laws.
• "CNIC" — the Computerised National Identity Card issued by NADRA to Pakistani citizens, used for identity verification purposes on the td444 platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures requiring Players to submit identity and address documentation before withdrawals are approved.

By accessing the td444 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the td444 platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply alongside the td444 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms that may be published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a promotion-specific document, the promotion-specific document will prevail only in respect of that specific promotion.

To be eligible to register and use the td444 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. td444 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted on all accounts via CNIC submission. Accounts found to belong to underage persons will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order on td444 or any other licensed gaming platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of td444 or any of its affiliated companies, or a close family member of any such person.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) td444 account. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method. You must notify td444 promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting support.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify td444 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• td444 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Account usernames must not be offensive, impersonate another person, or violate intellectual property rights.

td444 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all players prior to processing withdrawals and at any other time the platform deems necessary for compliance purposes. KYC verification is also required when a player's cumulative deposits exceed defined thresholds.

Documents required for standard KYC verification include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your CNIC (both sides) or a valid Pakistani passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence confirming your residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits to confirm ownership.

td444 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the td444 Privacy Policy.

All deposits on td444 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). td444 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and BTC. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of blockchain confirmation.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process in your account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• td444 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from an account in the Player's name may be reversed and the account restricted pending investigation.
• td444 reserves the right to decline a deposit from any payment method at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Withdrawal requests are processed by td444 only after all applicable KYC verification requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method may be used with prior approval from the td444 support team.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per calendar month, as displayed in your account's withdrawal section.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• td444 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and under thirty (30) minutes for bank transfers under normal operational conditions. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed by td444's compliance team in cases where unusual activity is detected. Such reviews may extend the processing time. The Player will be notified if a review is initiated.
• td444 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of any ongoing KYC or fraud investigation.

td444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements must typically be met on eligible games only. Contribution rates vary by game type — slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if not used within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any wagering progress will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: td444 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it if we reasonably determine that the bonus was claimed or used in bad faith, through systematic exploitation, or in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gaming.

All sports bets placed on td444 — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, and all other available markets — are governed by the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the td444 system. A confirmation notification will be displayed and logged in your bet history upon successful placement.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted by td444 for individual accounts or markets without prior notice.
• Obvious Errors: td444 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of an obvious pricing error. Prices that are clearly incorrect — for example, odds that are significantly shorter or longer than the genuine market price — will not be honoured and the original stake will be returned to the Player.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. td444 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of in-play markets for any event. In-play bets cannot be cancelled by the Player once confirmed.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or abandoned before its scheduled completion, all bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event has already reached a stage at which a result can be determined under the relevant sport rules.
• PSL and Cricket: All Pakistan Super League and international cricket markets are governed by the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB / ICC). td444 does not accept liability for third-party score feed delays during live betting.

All casino games available on td444 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant win games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.

• The outcome of each game round is independently random and is not influenced by previous results, account history, or any external factor.
• td444 live casino tables are streamed in real time. Disconnection during a live game round does not void a confirmed bet. The result will stand as determined by the game outcome at the time of disconnection.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per table and per game. Players acknowledge that all gambling involves financial risk and that the house edge means that losses are a normal and expected outcome of casino play.
• Crash game bets — including Aviator, JetX, and similar titles — are final once the round begins. Cash-out actions are at the Player's discretion and must be executed before the crash event occurs.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the td444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:

• Registering more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any KYC process.
• Using the platform to launder money, transfer funds, or engage in any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain funds or advantages not legitimately earned.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to wagering on low-risk markets to satisfy wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine gambling activity.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to disguise your geographic location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that is threatening, abusive, or harassing toward td444 staff or other players.

td444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 11.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the account management section of the platform.
• A Player's request to close their own account, including self-exclusion requests submitted under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, td444 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

td444 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gambling tools that are available to every registered player at no cost through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a given period. Once the limit is reached, betting and casino activity will be suspended until the next period begins.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cool-Down Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from td444 for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content available on the td444 platform — including but not limited to the td444 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, text, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of td444 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the td444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content from the td444 platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any td444 software.
• Use any td444 trademark, logo, or brand identity for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any td444 content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td444 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, even if td444 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, network outages, or downtime that prevent access to the platform or result in the loss of open bets or game sessions.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or from unauthorised access to your account where you have been negligent in maintaining security.
• Any decisions made by you based on information, statistics, or data displayed on the platform, including odds, scores, or market information.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude td444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be legally excluded or restricted.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which td444 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising from your use of the td444 platform shall first be submitted to td444's internal dispute resolution process before any other legal remedy is pursued.

To initiate a dispute, contact the td444 support team at [email protected] with a detailed written description of your complaint. td444 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will provide a final decision within 14 calendar days of receiving all relevant information. If you are not satisfied with td444's final decision, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the procedures established under td444's gaming licence.

td444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
